The role is Compliance Manager depending on the experience of theperson engaged for the role. Importantly, we are looking for the rightattitude and aptitude in the individual joining the team.The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of thedepartment and will collaborate closely with Legal and AML teams.Depending on your experience level, the role pays €45-60K grosssalary per year.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support clients with all aspects of compliance related issues;including regulatory, financial, AML/CFT, RG and technical;
- Conduct Due Diligence;
- Draft internal policies for various entities;
- Compile and maintain risk assessments both for AML/CFT andregarding B2B partnerships;
- Monitor each entity’s compliance with regulatory jurisdictionalrequirements;
- Constantly ensure that you are up-to-date re compliancerequirements and educate concerned colleagues continuously;
- Assist entities with license applications (research, engage externalassistance if needed, draft, and submit applications and act firstpoint of contact with relevant authorities);
- Prepare and submit compliance assessments and reports asrequired by authorities;
- Share knowledge with team members and be prepared to take fullownership for own projects.
Education, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree (in law would be meriting, but not a requirement)
- Certification / Diploma in Compliance would be meriting (ICA,CAMS etc)
- Completed courses in RG and well educated in best practice forRG
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- 4+ years in the igaming industry
- 2+ years in Compliance within the igaming industry
- Excited to grow your career in Compliance
- Driven to find effective solutions to complex issues
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Strong core team player with collaborative attitude
